I did not notice anything in the video that goes to the system menu... is this a total replacement or does it replace and the forward like preloader?

Wii Game loading with correct IOS of any region ?

I thought the IOSes are region-independent? That is was the system menu itself that was region-dependent based on files in NAND. LoganA 15:35, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

Total Replacement?
