/ticket has a similar structure to /title, since both contain title information.
There is one subdirectory per title type. Each of these subfolders has a varying amount of .tik files, numbered from 00000000 and increasing. Each .tik file has one or more tickets; most titles only have one ticket, however, DLC probably has more to use a separate key for each content.
