This error occurs if the NAND memory chip is failing or corrupted.

Fixing this error

If the NAND memory chip is broken, send your Wii to a local repair shop to fix, or if you're tech savvy, you can fix the chip. But if there are more severe problems, (such as corrupted chip) You might have to replace the chip. If the chip is ok and this still appears, It most likely indicates a problem with the system. If it is all in mint condition, Format the system memory if you can't use homebrew or don't have the requirements for Bluebomb NOTE: If you format the system memory, you will lose all of your save data!

Cause of this error

If there is corrupted save data or falling chip, The system memory might be semi-corrupted. You will unable to save or overwrite any games or channels.
