I'm a Wii homebrew developer from the Netherlands. I started developing homebrew out of curiosity. Would it be difficult to develop a Nintendo Wii game? After a little research I found the devkitpro development environment and started coding some small experiments using graphics, wiimote controller, sound, rumble feedback, etc. After these small experiments I thought that it would be best to program an actual game to get the real experience of homebrew development and to combine all the techniques that I learned from the small experiments.
The first game that I programmed is Donkey Kong Jr. It is a clone of the Game&Watch Donkey Kong Jr game.
