Touhou fangame

Are you still working on this project? I could probably rip some graphics from the actual touhou series (eg character sprites) so it looks a bit more realistic. Feel free to message me on my talk page :) Beegee7730 06:09, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

GPLv2 loophole in benzin

I noticed that at http://github.com/SquidMan/benzin/tree/master you added the GNU GPL v2 but in the README, you placed a requirement to notify you or another of the co-authors to ask permission for use of benzin 's code, however Section 6 of the GNU GPL v2 disallows adding "further restrictions"

You may not impose any further restrictions on the recipients' exercise of the rights granted herein.

The same also applies to the README file's restriction that:

Benzin's code may not be used in applications which launch games from backup mediums.

I would recommend that you use a different license, or make a modified license that does not call itself GNU GPL and does not have the GPL preamble, to keep your restrictions. LoganA (talkcontribs) 22:35, 2 August 2009 (UTC)

Well, to me the only necessary thing in the license is "All Rights Reserved". The part of backup mediums merely states that we won't approve usage in those applications. Megazig 00:02, 3 August 2009 (UTC)Megazig
Alright, I have changed the license to a modified GPLv2 License called the HACKERCHANNEL License. That should do it :] --SquidMan 00:50, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

GRRLIB

Squidman - about your revert on the GRRLIB page, did you even look at the old version? That was barely readable and it had the word noob in it. Noob! --It's me, Zack! PodTube 23:59, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

resolved, disregard. --It's me, Zack! PodTube 00:11, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I made a Homebrew Using libELM category for you :P

Err, you decide to add it to the libELM page or not: Category:Homebrew using libELM --Lukegb 19:17, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
