JQ and the Homebrew Channel?!...
Knows anyone, y iam not able to Run "Jewel Quest" by the Homebrew Channel? (Returns directy to Channel after starting JQ)... Matty 23:47, 28 May 2008 (PDT)
- I've been out of French class too long to understand the readme, but I'd guess it has something to do with all those extra directories that come in the zip file. --Nathew 06:23, 19 June 2008 (CEST)
- I works without problems on HBC. IIRC you need to copy JQuest.elf and folders plateau1,2,3,4 and 5 to a new folder on your SDcard in apps folder. After that, you just rename JQuest.elf to a boot.elf and run HBC. Xyrion 14:49, 8 July 2008 (CEST)
I couldn't get it to run either, even renaming the files. It seriously needs repackaged. --Mr. Reaper 08:30, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
The problem may be that it is not SDHC compatible, I sure wish someone would compile this game with SDHC support because it is a nice game, but is being left behind because of this limitation. --Donsch 23:38, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
- I don't know about the HCSD issue (I use a 2 gig card), but the version that works for me is the unofficial one By Aquilino (with wiimote and sound support). Follow the link near the bottom of the main game page if you don't have that version. That should really be the default one to download, since it's the best one.... and actually works.... --Mr. Reaper 00:12, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
