Pleasae make spatter castle alot like Castlevania with bosses, weapons, please change the sword to a whip that's if u want. and more blood and gore.
- I just added one boss in yesterday's update ("The Tyrant"). I plan on adding more. I'm not sure if I want to change the default weapon to a whip, but I'm working on weapons. As for more blood and gore, I was thinking maybe make some blood splatter on the wall textures if possible. Hi, Dave. I hope you don' mind, but imho, there are a few minor things that are currently missing in Splatter Castle which would go a long way in making the game feel more complete if added.
- Level indicators: Something to tell the player where he is in the game, like 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, and so forth.
- Screen transition: Some sort of transition when moving from screen to screen. There's an area after the first boss when the player reaches the end of a screen only to come to another one just like it. When this happens, the player appears to simply "jump" from one side of the TV to the other. Something like a very quick fade out and then back in would fix these kinds of problems and give the game a nice polish.
- Music: I'm suggesting music because it is way easier to add than sound effects. Adding music would be a huge improvement, even if there are no FX sounds to accompany it yet.
As far as the sound effects go, maybe I can help with that a little. I have a few ideas about it... anyway, fun game. I enjoyed playing around with it even at this early stage. --Flark 16:58, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
