Wii Meta XML Editor allows you to edit or create simple meta.xml files for identifying different homebrew programs in the Homebrew Channel. Simply load a previously made meta.xml file and edit it, or just start typing in the details for a new one.
Be sure to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed to use this program. Source is included if you wish to free it from this prerequisite.
