The vWii 4.0.0 update was a major update to the vWii that allowed games to be displayed on the Wii U GamePad. A Wiimote is still required to control the game. The Wii Electronic Manual was also updated, possibly to document this.
In this update, the System Menu was updated to ensure video settings are set properly, and cafe2wii was updated to properly configure the video encoder to send video to the GamePad.
Changes
- System Menu now works with the video interface to place borders around 4:3 titles instead of making them look stretched in 16:9 mode or on the GamePad

The visible ID was changed from RVL-N-HCUE-USZ-1 to RVL-N-HCUE-USZ-2.
